BREWER'S MASH ENDS UP AS CATTLE FEED
In the production of Koskipanimo’s beers the resulting mash is recycled ecologically The Teristen Manor in Toijala as feed for beef cattle.

We are using only Finnish beef and chicken in our restaurant. The burger beef patties are always made from fresh meat and never from frozen. The meat can be cooked to medium.
